HELLO!
To all Year 3 AC people:
As you all should know, Open House 2008 is coming up this coming
saturday, 24th May and we need four year 3 members top help out [of course cip hours included]
There are two timeslots:
(A) 9am-11am(B) 11am-2pmfor timeslot (B), lunch will be provided so don't worry about that
In total there'll be 8 ac members involved in open house.
4 will do the morning shift (A) and the remaining 4 will do the afternoon shift (B)
Please note that 2 people from each shift will have to go and help out at the
aesthetics booth which is located in the hall. You may swop with the other 2 people at the art club booth at intervals. There wil be teachers at the respective booths, so you don't have to worry about what you have to do, the teachers will tell you.
Also, please make sure that there is at the very least
ONE PERSON at the booth at any one time.
I will be in school for the whole day during Open House so if there are any problems please come and look for me or call me at 81288605 (:
